Meet Coach Zoe
Thriving would be how I'd describe a life that is filled with happiness, confidence, achievement and self love and this is what I want each of my clients to experience everyday; a life that is Thriving!
As your Coach, I believe in your capacity to achieve your best life. My role is to facilitate change rather than direct it, because nobody knows ‘you’ better than you do.
I am here to provide you with a calm and accepting space to be open and honest. A space to self-discover by exploring, experiencing and imagining what is possible. I will be there every step of the way empowering you to go after it.
My hope is that you begin a life long journey of health and fitness that will give you a confidence that ripples into all areas of your life so that you can be your best for you and your world - relationships, family and community.

1:1 Personal Training and Coaching
Personalised, in-person strength and movement coaching plus a full weekly training program to support women ready to train with confidence, build strength and thrive.
What’s included:
1:1 in-person personal training sessions (in my home gym or at your home)
Customised strength program tailored to your goals, stage of life, and fitness level
Individualised coaching to support bone health, balance, muscle gain, and energy
Monthly goal setting and lifestyle check-ins
Access to video demonstrations and training support via the app
WhatsApp group access for community and between-session support
Ongoing modifications to support pre/peri/post menopause, injuries, or fatigue
Expert guidance from a trainer who understands the female body
Ideal for:
Women who want expert coaching, real-time technique feedback, and a supportive relationship to guide their fitness journey at all stages of life. No prior training experience is required.
Thriving also offers 2:1 and group training options for women who love training together.
There is nothing better than community especially through the seasons of life.
At various intervals throughout the year, Thriving Fitness will run group activities and outdoor training in order to connect, learn and strengthen together.
However, if you have a friend or two that you would like to train with on a weekly basis, Thriving is equiped to provide an impactful group training session whether that is in the gym or outdoor.
These sessions will be run with considerations for each participants stage and experience to ensure a fun, appropriate and encouraging session.
